As a Marketing and Events Executive at Visualsoft, you will support the Head of Marketing in the creation and execution of digital assets, including emails, blogs, landing pages, and case studies. You will play a key role in ensuring that our content engine runs smoothly and that marketing campaigns are supported with engaging high-quality materials. Additionally, you will assist with event planning, logistics, and the scheduling of organic social media content, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity to develop your marketing career.
Assist in the creation of digital content through the HubSpot platform including emails, blogs, landing pages, and case studies to support marketing campaigns and enhance the overall content engine.
Provide logistical support for the planning and execution of events, including coordinating with vendors, organising materials & creating registration pages to ensure smooth delivery of in-person or virtual events.
Assist with the scheduling and management of organic social media posts across platforms ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.
Provide general marketing support across campaigns by assisting with asset creation, creative briefing via our project management tool, Jira, and other tasks as needed.
Help track the performance of blog content and organic social media posts and provide insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.
Work closely with the wider Brand Marketing department including design, content, and digital to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and event goals.
