Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a great Agricultural Manufacturer in Ringwood, Hampshire, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to join their team.

What's involved?
The role will involve planning and coordinating the marketing activities and events, primarily based in Ringwood, with occasional paid travel for events. Responsibilities include:

1. Organising social media post planning, creation, and scheduling.
2. Coordinating activities with the international marketing team.
3. Processing and actioning marketing-related materials and graphics.
4. Proofreading and editing translated documents and text.
5. Acting as the initial point of contact for all enquiries relating to marketing matters.
6. Handling customer enquiries and directing them to the correct department.
7. Providing administrative support for the marketing department as required.
8. Updating marketing assets including Digital Asset Management & CRM system.
9. Coordinating Merlo UK and Ireland event & show planning and implementation.
10. Coordinating Merlo UK and Ireland dealer/customer factory trips and implementation.
11. Researching and booking suppliers, accommodation & venues.
