Our client, a dynamic organisation with multiple thriving brands, is seeking a talented Marketing & Events Coordinator for a fixed-term contract of 6 months. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.

Duties

• Act as the first point of contact for speakers, sponsors, and delegates, building strong relationships.
• Coordinate online marketing campaigns and manage the setup of engaging online events.
• Occasionally travel to in-person events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Keep track of budgets and assist with various tasks during busy periods.

• Personable and presentable with the confidence to engage clients effectively.
• Proven experience in marketing, events, or project management.
• Highly organised - spreadsheet enthusiasts are especially welcome!
• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.
• Comfortable communicating over the phone.
• A self-starter who can work independently or as part of small remote teams.
• A graduate degree is required.
