Description

• Develop, implement and manage our ecommerce strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing & agency department to ensure consistency
• Improve the online customer journey to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
• Analyse data to monitor website performance and optimise accordingly
• Work with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and market presence
• Coordinate with IT department to ensure system efficiency
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends
• Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
