We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead a growing global company that specializes in sustainable urban solutions. Based in Hastings, this full-time, office-based role offers an exciting opportunity for a marketing leader to drive strategic growth and enhance the company's reputation in the green infrastructure industry. Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and strengthen the company’s position as an industry leader in green infrastructure and sustainable solutions.
2. Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive global growth and brand recognition.
3. Oversee marketing efforts for multiple companies within the group, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
4. Collaborate with business development and sales teams to create targeted marketing campaigns.
5. Utilise market insights to inform product innovation and guide successful product launches.

What Experience is Required:

1. Extensive B2B marketing experience, particularly in the construction or environmental solutions sectors.
2. Proven success with digital marketing strategies and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
3. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a results-driven approach.

Salary & Benefits:

1. Salary: £100,000 per annum.

Location:

The role is based in Hastings, East Sussex. The position is easily commutable from towns including Battle, Robertsbridge, Rye, Eastbourne, and Tunbridge Wells.
