We’re hiring for a Marketing Director as part of Amplifi in London.

Purpose of the Role

Our Dentsu Global Communications and Marketing team is looking for a Marketing & Communications Director who will be responsible for working with the Global Amplifi Team to raise awareness internally and promote and market externally key go-to-market products and solutions. This will include supporting in-depth analysis to help differentiate Dentsu’s offerings in the market and working with our local market communications and pre-sales marketing teams to create product marketing collateral, so they are market ready.

This is an exciting role for a marketing and communications professional, used to working across channels, industries, partners, and capabilities in a matrixed organization, to support the development of products and solutions and activate them in the market. Working in collaboration with our marketing teams, internal comms, external comms, growth marketing, pre-sales marketing and content teams, this role will ensure that how we talk about our offering for Amplifi and our products is joined up both internally to raise awareness with our people and across the full client journey to drive demand generation across events, brand and experience marketing and integrated into our wider Dentsu strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement the marketing and communications strategy to support key global product and partner activations through Amplifi.
  • Develop and implement internal awareness and engagement of the Amplifi business globally to drive engagement in growth and partner opportunities.
  • Responsible for increasing brand awareness and performance for key products and solutions across products, industry verticals and partners.
  • Develop a product marketing and communications plan based on industry vertical and client priorities set by the business, working in close collaboration with the business and growth leads.
  • Support and govern the activation plans across markets ensuring they are completed on time, to budget, and meet targets.
  • Working closely with the business, deliver marketing and communications materials that are consistent and align with our business priorities and brand guidelines to help educate and sell products both internally and externally.
  • Own the go-to-market messaging, product collateral, and supporting case studies that can be leveraged for Dentsu’s marketing and new business activity.
  • Become the product expert partnering closely with marketing and growth teams to identify key client challenges, audiences and target with appropriate content.
  • Work closely with global and regional marketing, events, growth, data & tech product marketing, and content teams to align on integrated business narratives and solutions.
  • Manage continuous testing and analysis of product and solution launches, identifying opportunities to optimize ongoing activity and making recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Manage and enforce brand guidelines, securing alignment across all internal and external channels, and regularly evaluating brand health through feedback and analytics.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Extensive experience working within a marketing and communications capacity.
  • Strong programme management skills and ability to manage a busy calendar of activity across events, comms and campaigns, coordinating delivery across departments and markets.
  • Experience with platform partners, and digital marketing experience from a vendor/agency/client perspective preferred.
  • Experience in working with global and regional teams and aligning calendars.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear understanding of campaign strategy.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and budget management experience.
