Marketing Director (6 month contract) 70k/100k pro rata A fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join this ambitious, independent, tailor-made tour operator. As part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for creating a multi-channel marketing strategy targeting both trade and consumers.

Marketing Director Responsibilities

1. Working closely with the business on new product strategy and launch
2. Lead on all aspects of the marketing mix including digital, customer acquisition, CRM, social, content, and brand positioning with the support of cross-functional teams
3. Contribute to the wider business strategy
4. Marketing budget management
5. Seek out B2B partnerships
6. Manage a team of 6, ensuring the team hits KPIs

Marketing Director Skills Required

1. A successful track record working in luxury travel
2. Ability to create and deliver a multi-channel marketing strategy for new products
3. Experience working in either a high-growth or startup business environment that has scaled up
4. Commercially astute
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information
- Initially a 6 month contract
- Ideally some time in the office based in London, but would consider home-based.
