Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing department and drive our brand's growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing strategy, project management, and digital marketing. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives.

Duties

1. Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
2. Oversee all marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media management, and Google Ads initiatives.
3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity and innovation.
4. Utilise project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
5. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns, utilising a mix of channels such as digital, social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
7. Prepare reports on marketing performance metrics using Excel to inform strategic decisions.
8. Collaborate with business development, sales, and other internal teams to align marketing efforts with company-wide goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple channels.
4. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
5. Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
6. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
7. Ability to think strategically and creatively while maintaining a results-oriented mindset.
8. Experience in business management is a plus.
