£27.66/hr Umbrella (inside IR35)

What You Will Do:

  1. Support the implementation and development of the contact strategy across all CRM touchpoints, focusing on the customer journey and engagement.
  2. Assist in the execution of audience targeting logic for campaigns, optimising customer acquisition and retention.
  3. Utilise in-house tools for campaign automation and process optimisation.
  4. Collaborate on targeting optimisation techniques and AB test setup to improve campaign KPIs.
  5. Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and enhance customer experience.
  6. Monitor and optimise campaigns to ensure delivery of a luxury experience consistent with the brand's standards.

What You Will Bring:
  1. Hands-on experience with campaign activation, advanced segmentation, and a deep understanding of data structures.
  2. Extensive marketing communications or CRM experience, preferably in the luxury or eCommerce sector.
  3. Strong project planning and process skills, with the ability to adapt to a wide range of activities.
  4. Proficiency in agile SCRUM practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  5. Experience with email and/or marketing automation software and database integration.
