Job Description:

The Marketing Development Manager will be responsible for driving marketing strategies to promote BETA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT's brand and services, enhancing customer engagement, and growing the client base. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing activities, and ensure the company’s brand is consistent across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
2. Lead market research initiatives to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
3. Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and promotional materials.
5. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
6. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services sector.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and trends.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
