Job Description:

Estio Training is thrilled to offer a new opportunity for a Marketing Development Executive Apprentice with Envera based in Market Harborough.

Role Summary:

As a Marketing Development Executive Apprentice at Envera, you’ll have a hands-on role that blends direct marketing, client engagement, and content creation. Your primary focus will be on reaching out to prospective clients, both through telemarketing and direct face-to-face interactions, acting as a human advert for Envera’s services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with prospective clients via telemarketing, introducing Envera’s services and booking appointments for the sales team.
• Act as an interactive human advert, meeting potential clients face-to-face and presenting Envera’s offerings in an approachable and engaging manner.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients, creating interest and opportunities for follow-ups.
• Accompany a Senior Marketing Development Executive to learn effective outreach techniques and gain practical experience in client engagement.

Digital Marketing:

• Bring your on-the-road experiences into the digital marketing space, helping create content that resonates with our target audience.
• Contribute to the creation of vlogs, short-form videos, and creative posts for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement ideas that engage customers and showcase Envera’s services.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content while out with clients or in the office, helping to humanise Envera’s brand online.
• Use tools like Canva and other creative platforms to produce visual content that supports campaigns.
• Drive and encourage Google reviews from client engagement.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.

Skills Required:

• Thrives on building connections and enjoys meeting people face-to-face.
• Has a creative streak, with a passion for capturing moments and sharing stories.
• Is comfortable with technology, willing to learn tools like Zoho CRM, Canva, and social media platforms.
• Has strong communication skills and can adapt their approach depending on the client.
• Is excited about contributing to both direct marketing and digital campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

• Self-motivated & independent – You’ll often be working alone on-site, so strong time management is key.

• Analyse and integrate information from the multi-channel marketing landscape to inform and optimise both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
• Implement secure, innovative solutions using a broad spectrum of digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences while achieving marketing objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of multi-channel marketing activities, measuring success and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement.
• Create and interpret insightful analytical dashboards utilising advanced digital tools, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Strategically plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across an array of digital and traditional media platforms.
• Develop, understand, and apply marketing briefs and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.
