Travel Retailing Europe, Middle East and Africa wish to appoint a Marketing Coordinator to support La Mer / Clinique / Origins cluster, reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager.
The role is responsible for Assortment Coordination in updating the Regional Assortment each season including Tester Order form, Discontinuation Tracker, Sell-In Allocations and to create locally produced collaterals when needed. The Marketing Coordinator needs to answer queries & requests in a timely manner and support the Sales team with ad hoc requests (local production for promotional sites).
The role involves marketing support and implementation of 360 campaign tools. The Marketing Coordinator will be required to produce all relevant regional tools for in-store retail activation and collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser on the implementation of all collateral, display and launch materials. They will also provide administrative support such as maintaining budget and raising purchase orders (PO) in line with budgets, create specific Launch Packs by retailer which are to be used by the Sales team for clear briefing to Beauty Advisors and in-store management.
The Marketing Coordinator also needs to support the Sales team with publishing weekly marketing updates recapping stock issues, new product & collateral arrival, delays, order forms & other updates necessary for the Sales team to run their business most effectively. They will produce newness sale-in analysis and help in preparing special event recaps for the region & New York office. The Marketing Coordinator will also work on Pricing in order to prepare newness pricing sheet on a quarterly basis and review with Product Manager.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate outstanding communication skills and should have proven experience in an analytical & administrative function. They will be able to work independently, be extremely organised and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are vital.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task constantly reprioritising in order to achieve deadlines and enjoy working in a fast paced, pressurised environment. Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., Pivot tables, Lookup & Logical formulas, conditional formatting, chart & table formatting) is essential.
