Job description

We’re a small, ambitious team building something meaningful from the ground up—and we’re looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator who’s excited to be part of that journey. This is a true startup environment, where everyone wears multiple hats and has a direct impact on the growth of the business. We need someone who can think for themselves, spot opportunities without being prompted, and take initiative to make things happen. If you’re entrepreneurial, creative, and thrive in fast-moving environments, this role is made for you.

Your primary focus will be on digital marketing and content creation. You’ll lead the charge on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok, while also managing and growing our social media presence. Content creation—photos, videos, and engaging posts—will be a core part of the role. You’ll also support our efforts across multiple sales channels including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy, so an understanding of ecommerce platforms is a big plus. Website design skills (even basic) would be a huge advantage, especially as we continue to refine and grow our online presence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, launching, and optimising paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok)
  • Creating original photo and video content for social media and advertising
  • Managing and growing our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms
  • Supporting marketing efforts across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy
  • Identifying gaps or growth opportunities and implementing solutions independently
  • Helping shape and refine our website and online brand experience (design skills a plus)

This is a 3-month contract to start, with the opportunity for a full-time role for the right person. If you're scrappy, proactive, and want to play a hands-on role in the early stages of a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with Google Ads and social media advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok)
  • Strong content creation skills — photography, video, editing, and social storytelling
  • Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy
  • Confident using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Comfortable managing social media accounts and growing organic engagement
  • Bonus: experience with website design (e.g. Shopify themes, basic HTML/CSS, or builders like Webflow)
  • Highly self-motivated with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a startup environment
