We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Coordinator for our marketing efforts to drive growth for our lending business. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in executing successful marketing strategies in a B2B context.

Job Description
As a Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies and plans.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to improve the acquisition of qualified customers that meet our criteria.
- Utilize the CRM database to convert previous customer inquiries into qualified prospects through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the portfolio team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets.
- Drive go-to-market efforts of tailored products.
- Manage online marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO, SEM, and online advertising campaigns.
- Oversee social media marketing efforts to engage with our target audience and drive brand awareness.
- Utilize Google Ads and other online advertising platforms to reach potential customers effectively.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Events creation, coordination and attendance of programmes, as well as 3rd party hosted gatherings.
- Internal communications.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE), or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Content writing skills.
- Google Analytics.
- CRM software systems.
- WordPress Themes experience.
- Proficiency [or ability & willingness to learn] with various marketing platforms & marketing software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
