The Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day coordination of marketing tasks and projects, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders deliver according to agreed timescales and costs.

What Youll Do

1. Support with administrative tasks in marketing campaigns, proof read marketing literature, and conduct all logistics coordination.
2. Update the project management tool to ensure all projects are input, up to date, and on track.
3. Support with organic social media by posting approved content.
4. Liaise with external vendors to ensure materials are completed or received on time.
5. Liaise, coordinate, and plan any marketing events.

1. Prior experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, a coordinator or other relevant equivalent experience.
2. Strong data entry experience.
3. Self-starter who is able to work independently with little guidance.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise high volume and varying tasks.
5. High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
6. Demonstrable marketing experience is advantageous, but at least an interest in marketing is required.
