Job description

Location: Remote, with travel to Head Office as and when required

The Cambian Group have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Co-ordinator to support the marketing team in executing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities and managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

This role would suit someone who has experience in a similar role already, and considering a new opportunity with The Cambian Group. Cambian are one of the largest providers of specialist education and behavioural health services for children and adults in the UK. We provide a broad range of services across England including specialist education schools and colleges for residential and day students and residential care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate promotional activities such as events, email marketing, and social media efforts.
  • Assist in creating content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Updating website content (news articles, school information, policies).
  • Edit and proofread marketing copy to ensure brand consistency.
  • Planning, creating, and scheduling posts across social media platforms.
  • Creation of social media graphics using Canva / Adobe.
  • Engaging with followers, responding to comments / messages.
  • Monitoring social media analytics to track engagement and performance.
  • Preparing reports and monthly reporting.
  • Manage marketing materials, inventory, and promotional assets.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating with schools and colleges, and handling marketing-related operations.
  • Ensuring that the team's project planner is up to date (Monday.Com).
  • When required, support event planning, merchandise requests, logistics, and on-site coordination of company events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising and SEO is a plus.
  • Administrative experience is beneficial.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
