Marketing Coordinator

We're seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to help bring our innovative products to the forefront of classrooms across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

What You Will Be Doing

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team in achieving our strategic goals of driving growth and retention. You would be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

1. Email marketing: Assisting with the creation, testing and scheduling of targeted email marketing campaigns from creation to testing and analysis.
2. Campaign management: Assisting with the planning and execution of campaigns and events to help ensure projects are executed efficiently.
3. Marketing metrics: Assisting with compiling campaign performance reports, market research and data analysis to inform and adapt future activities.
4. Events logistics: Play a key role in the success of events, managing pre-event promotion, on-the-ground branding, and impactful follow-ups.
5. Content coordination: Working with our copywriters and graphic design team to create content for use across campaign activity.
6. Administrative tasks: Providing essential administrative support to the marketing team to support the running of a dynamic and efficient strategy, including managing databases and maintaining marketing materials.

Who We Are Looking For

An optimistic go-getter who is a highly motivated and organised individual with a passion for marketing and a strong desire to develop their career. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Essential Skills

1. Degree in marketing, a related field, or CIM qualification
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, MarketingCloud)
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
7. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desired Skills

1. Experience in marketing or a related field (a plus, but not mandatory)
2. Excellent problem-solving skills
3. Data-driven approach to work.
