We make videos that stand out | Producer of Film & Video @ Graded

Graded Films is seeking a committed and driven part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our developing team and help shape the future of Graded Films. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and curating our front-facing image as a business. From social media management and the creation of assets to overseeing website changes, brand integrations, and finding new and innovative ways to market our services and drive business growth.

This is currently a part-time position that can be flexible around an individual's current commitments/lifestyle, with a view to becoming full-time in 6-12 months if desirable.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for marketing to make a real difference and be a key voice in decision-making as we bridge the gap between B2B content production and an evolution to scripted television production, film production, and high-value commercial video.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The main responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator will be to oversee our digital presence, working closely with the rest of the team to help define our public stance and develop our front-facing persona as we bridge a rebrand.
  • You will be responsible for ongoing social media management, which will include post plans, copy, and may involve creating assets or working closely with filming/editing teams to create video marketing assets for social media use.
  • Website adjustments, copy, and ongoing alterations may also be required from time to time, ensuring that our voice is consistent across platforms.
  • You will have a key role in helping the company take the necessary steps towards a rebrand, with a possibility to oversee and manage this change, which includes artwork and text rebrand as well as a social media overhaul and a new website.
  • During this rebrand, you will have an active role in curating and assembling our brand guidelines.
  • The ability to self-manage and creatively oversee marketing processes, finding new ways to market our services to prospect clients, and defining our social stance and company voice.
  • You will also have an opportunity to join the team on set, to further support your marketing practice with behind-the-scenes photo and video content, as well as supporting the team in other areas where required.
  • Conceptualise and execute digital marketing assets for use across platforms.
  • Working collaboratively and being able to incorporate continuous senior feedback and revisions into final outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, self-teach and experiment with new techniques and software to continuously improve and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Be an active voice within the company to help shape the future of Graded Films, offering valued opinions and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Must Haves:

  • Practical experience in marketing practices.
  • Excellent understanding and proficiency using social media including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, which includes understanding of social algorithms and how this impacts the work you carry out.
  • Experience with Canva, Google Drive, and the Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills including self-management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while consistently exemplifying our culture and values.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively, which may involve ad hoc hours.
  • An interest in film and video production as well as its impact.
  • A commitment to the company mission and an active interest in the future of the company and helping to shape that transition.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves:

  • Design Experience
  • Experience with the full Adobe Suite and/or Davinci Resolve.

The Offer:

  • Remote/Office hybrid based in Arundel, West Sussex.
  • Nominated working days (flexible upon request)
  • Company bonus scheme.
  • Work Computer
  • Company Pension Contributions
  • Learning & Development Budget
