Job Description

We're looking for a Marketing Compliance Manager who can hit the ground running and take charge of ensuring all our marketing activities, campaigns, and communications are fully compliant with UK gambling regulations. This is a crucial role within our growing Evoke Compliance function, and you'll be the go-to expert for all things marketing compliance across both Online and Retail.

You'll engage with a wide range of stakeholders and ensure we meet the highest standards while driving impactful marketing strategies. If you're a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of UK gambling regulations and love managing complex challenges, we want you.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Ensuring all marketing communications and campaigns comply with regulatory requirements.
  2. Review and advise on campaigns and materials and prepare regular reporting for stakeholders.
  3. Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including colleagues in Data Protection Office to ensure compliance with GDPR.
  4. Develop and coach others to raise awareness of best practice to ensure compliance with regulations relating to marketing.
  5. Develop policies and procedures and keep up to date with regulatory change and best practice.
  6. Set up processes to monitor compliance across marketing campaigns.
  7. Identify and manage any risk identified in marketing activity ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date.
  8. Work collaboratively with other functions within the business.

  1. Have excellent knowledge of the UK gambling regulatory requirements and associated marketing requirements - LCCP/CAP code/Industry codes/ASA guidelines.

  3. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with sound judgement to take the initiative and make actionable recommendations.
  4. Have the ability to build stakeholder relationships, be self-motivated, a team player, and a logical thinker with attention to detail.
