Marketing Communications Manager, London

We are recruiting for a fantastic private property investment business who operate across commercial and residential asset classes across the UK.

The Role

As Marketing Communications Manager, you will be based in London and be responsible for driving the internal communications strategy to support our progressive people strategy. You will be an integral member of the marketing team, supporting key workstreams and coordinating property marketing.

The role will be varied, including:

  1. Supporting the marketing department’s initiatives with the planning, executing, and monitoring of campaigns for property marketing, events, and sustainability initiatives.
  2. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies.
  3. Coordinating the online presence, including websites, social media, SEO, and paid marketing.
  4. Creating, proofreading, and editing copy for various marketing channels.
  5. Managing agencies, ensuring high quality and timely executions while maintaining relationships.
  6. Coordinating occupier communications, newsletters, and regular eDM campaigns using email marketing software.
  7. Supporting Group initiatives, campaign rollouts, and maintaining the marketing hub on SharePoint.
  8. Coordinating the employee communication plan.
  9. Drafting internal communications across various mediums including email, Workplace, and Workchat.
  10. Designing imagery and marketing materials to support the employee engagement strategy focusing on wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and corporate social responsibility.

About You

  1. Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
  2. A self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  3. Experience in marketing and events coordination.
  4. Proficient in formatting documents, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with various stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, managers, and occupiers.
  6. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with appropriate digital marketing skills including email campaign software and Canva; InDesign and Photoshop are preferable but not essential.
  7. Strong work ethic with the ability to work on your initiative and manage work streams effectively.
  8. Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and develop skills.
  9. Ability to identify improvements to processes and procedures.
  10. Strong attention to detail, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy.
  11. A strong team player able to work effectively in a collegiate team environment with polite communication skills.
