Marketing & Communications Manager

An amazing opportunity has come available for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join an exciting Entertainment & Media Technology start-up! Playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing their marketing strategies, to boost brand visibility and positioning!

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate their brand presence within the E&M industry. You'll manage a range of marketing initiatives including public relations, event coordination, social media, content creation, and strategic partnerships.

The role

1. Collaborate with the co-founders to create a cohesive communication and marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
2. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
3. Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing content, blog posts, and social media assets.
4. Identify and pursue partnerships and sponsorships that support the brand's vision.
5. Work with external PR teams and agencies to secure media placements, drive press coverage, and build thought leadership.
6. Keep up to date with industry events, conferences, trade shows, and speaking engagements.
7. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and paid ads to increase brand awareness.

The candidate

1. Impeccable communications and marketing experience, gained in a fast-paced entertainment or media brand.
2. Commercial acumen and creative flair, with demonstrable experience managing effective marketing strategies.
3. Broad marketing experience and a willingness to engage in a fast-paced start-up environment.
