Our client is currently seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. As Marketing Campaign Manager, you will support B2C brands and global franchise networks. You will clearly communicate the brand propositions, engage consumers, and drive traffic to platforms in a cost-effective manner.
The Marketing Campaign Manager will have strong consumer marketing experience across CRM, Social, and Search.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end campaign management across all direct-to-brand channels, from ideation to implementation to measurement and analysis.
Leadership and management of email and CRM activity, social media, search, and online reputation.
Growing and engaging customer, follower, and subscriber databases.
Creation of customer-facing content across platforms such as landing pages, blogs, emails, and posts, working in close collaboration with the in-house design team.
Creation of support materials and training for franchisees.
Agency and supplier management.
Key Skills/Experience:
Proven success in building and managing end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of CRM, search marketing best practices, and marketing automation tools like Mailchimp.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in KPI optimization and Google Analytics (GA4).
Experienced in creating and executing social media plans with scheduling tools and analytics.
Skilled in search marketing, managing search and social ads, and content management systems.
Background in project and team management, including agency collaboration.
