• Autonomy over Automation strategy
• Development, planning, and activation of integrated demand marketing campaign
• CRM – Salesforce Cloud
• Managing automation tools – Pardot
• Working closely with Regional Marketing Managers
• Develop a lead lifecycle framework – alongside a global team
• Manage budget
• Monitor and audit automation processes
• Develop dashboards
• Performance Marketing

Requirements for the Marketing Automation Manager: Experienced Marketing Automation Manager working in EMEA regions to develop/execute Email Marketing Automation.

• Degree level or similar in Marketing.
• Min 3 years experience in creating/executing marketing automation.
• Preferably experienced in Pardot – or similar
• Strong working knowledge of CRM – Salesforce Cloud
• Preferably previous experience working in technology-driven companies via Distribution or channel partners.
• Strong marketing data and insights
• International / EMEA experience is an advantage
• Managing marketing budget
• Self-motivated, energised, self-motivated
