Marketing Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Assistant with ideally 1 year of experience to join a dynamic team within an innovative content curation platform. This full-time role offers excellent benefits, hybrid working, and a salary of GBP23,000.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role with the potential for a permanent position and a career in Customer Success for exceptional candidates.

As a Marketing Assistant reporting to the Customer Success Director, you'll work with Customer Success Managers to provide curation services across the eCommerce customer base.

You will be responsible for:

1. Curating and managing content in line with client guidelines.
2. Overseeing content uploads and taxonomy management, ensuring accuracy.
3. Supporting Customer Success Managers with client issues and setup requests.
4. Documenting and optimizing best practices for service improvement.

What we are looking for:

1. Previous experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role.
2. Ideally, 1 year of experience in content curation.
3. Technically minded with a basic understanding of marketing concepts.
