Marketing Assistant

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Location: Poole, Dorset

Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

As a key player in the team, you’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, from digital campaigns to social media engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing digital campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from briefing to approval.
2. Managing and updating website assets, including homepage, banners, and product listings.
3. Crafting compelling copy and content for customer communications and promotional materials.
4. Executing engaging email campaigns, including weekly newsletters and targeted offers.
5. Growing the social media presence through engaging content and timely responses.
6. Collaborating with suppliers to create eye-catching print materials for the branches.
7. Liaising with various teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
8. Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers to optimize marketing efforts.

Skills/Experience required as a Marketing Assistant:

1. Some previous experience working in a Marketing/Copywriting role
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
4. Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems
5. Excellent organisational and time management skills
6. A proactive and self-motivated approach
7. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
