Marketing Assistant

Are you looking for your next marketing opportunity? Do you have a flair for creativity and an eye for detail? We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team on a part time basis (based on 3 days a week).

We are looking for someone to assist us in marketing our current and developing leisure portfolio across social media management, content creation and general marketing admin.

Responsibilities

• Assisting team with administrative tasks
• Working on loyalty systems
• Working with graphic design agencies and other third-party suppliers on menus, POS and social media graphics
• Working with third-party print suppliers on printing needs
• Work with sales teams on marketing materials for business development, events and promotions/offers
• Support and attend networking events or exhibitions to represent the Group
• Supporting Digital and Social Lead with reporting needs
• Content creation for social media across video and photo
• Social media planning and scheduling
• Assisting on photoshoots

What are we looking for?

Required

• A creative individual with an eye for detail
• Has an interest in working in a fast-paced and busy environment
• Passion for marketing and creativity and keen to develop in the industry
• Passion and knowledge of the hospitality sector

Desired

• Experience with Canva, Hootsuite (or any social media scheduling platform), Instagram and Facebook
• Photography and content management experience
