About The Role

This role will involve working as an integral member of the Marketing team, creating engaging cross-platform content, marketing collateral, and developing and maintaining community and promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• To help enhance, develop and grow our social media platforms and wider strategy.
• Regularly visiting our care homes to support our Lifestyle Coordinators.
• Work with our Lifestyle Coordinators to help them understand marketing best practices.
• Supporting events and community initiatives.
• Assisting with writing and creating content for:
• Social media platforms
• Our quarterly customer magazine
• Marketing collateral and campaigns

Requirements

• MUST have driving licence and own vehicle as this role will require visits to our 16 care homes.
• This role is subject to a full, enhanced DBS check, in line with Wellburn Care Homes safeguarding policy.
