We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our amazing team and support the day-to-day activities of our brand marketing team. This hands-on role touches all areas of digital brand activity, from social content to photoshoots and influencer engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Digital & Content Skills

• Confident with Instagram, TikTok, and social content trends
• Some experience with graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo/Mailchimp)

Marketing Know-How

• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts
• Familiar with analytics tools (IG Insights, TikTok Analytics, or GA)

Creative & Visual Eye

• Strong visual eye for styling, photography, and design
• An interest in fashion, accessories, and lifestyle content

Organised & Proactive

• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep things running smoothly
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and a team player mindset

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience working on influencer campaigns or content shoots
• Have a flair for writing fun, engaging captions
• Love unicorns, cute jewellery, and sweetie-style aesthetics

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with in-house and studio product photoshoots, from prep to on-set styling support
• Support the planning and creation of social content for Stych Brand and the wider company (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Assist in building and scheduling direct marketing emails (Klaviyo)
• Help maintain SEO best practices across our website and Google
• Assist with influencer gifting: DMs, content logging, posting, and tracking engagement
