Come and join Beachfront Leisure, a small but mighty hospitality group in sunny Brighton, bringing good vibes, great food, and unforgettable experiences to the coast.

We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant to join our team part-time – starting at two days per week – and help us shout about our venues across the digital world. Think buzzing bars and cosy pubs – all needing a creative voice like yours.

Part-time | 2 days per week | Immediate Start Available


? What you’ll be doing:
  • Running the show on our social media – from planning to posting to engaging with our lovely community

  • Crafting eye-catching email newsletters that our guests actually want to read

  • Helping manage and optimise our paid ads across social and search

  • Creating scroll-stopping content – think photos, reels, stories, blog bits and more

  • Designing simple but snazzy point-of-sale materials (menus, posters, signage etc.)

  • Collaborating with our on-site teams to keep things fresh, fun, and on-brand


? About you:
  • You’re creative, confident, and digitally savvy

  • You know your way around Instagram, TikTok, Facebook – and maybe even dabble in Canva or Adobe

  • You’ve got a flair for words and a sharp eye for visuals

  • You’re a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • You’ve got a genuine love for hospitality, people, and the Brighton vibe
