Marketing Assistant

We are supporting a well-established company based in Braintree with recruiting for a full time Marketing Assistant on a permanent basis. The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm and paying a salary of £25k-£30k per annum (DOE). This is a fully office-based position with free parking on-site.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

1. Supporting with marketing campaigns by helping plan and track them across different channels such as emails, website and social media.
2. Managing all social media for the business, by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement, as well as using data to find improvements.
3. Being the first point of contact for the marketing, operations, and sales teams within the business and updating them on different business projects.
4. Tracking project progress, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
5. Preparing reports and updates to stakeholders on post-campaigns.
6. Liaising with the marketing teams to ensure projects follow the business marketing objectives.
7. Conducting research and analysing data to highlight strategies for the business.
8. Preparing and formatting bids.
9. Planning and running photo-shoots, as well as coordinating resources including designers, writers, and freelancers for marketing use.
10. Developing marketing plans, processes and advising on tools to improve efficiency for the business.
