Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and focused individual to join a local company as a Marketing Assistant. Within this role, you will be running email marketing campaigns, managing social media, and completing general admin. Offering training, this is a varied role suiting someone responsible, reliable, and able to work on their own initiative.

The Marketing Assistant hours of work will consist of 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, offering some flexibility for the right candidate. Additionally, following full training, the company will offer work from home.

Duties of the Marketing Assistant:

1. Network, data, and digital administration.
2. Run email marketing campaigns to an existing database.
3. Respond to email enquiries.
4. Manage data in the Hubspot CRM.
5. Social media management to include posting content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).
6. Organise and manage kit distribution to clients through logistics partners.
7. Manage the website and online shop.

Personal Attributes:

1. Work well on your own initiative and efficiently manage tasks.
2. Have strong IT skills and be able to use Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word. Hubspot experience would be beneficial but not required.
3. Be comfortable working alone.
4. Have good communication skills both written and verbal.
5. Show excellent dedication and organisation skills.

Offering from £25,000 per annum depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional paid leave between Christmas and New Year.
