Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Location: Ashford, Kent - Onsite with the option of Hybrid after training period is complete.

Type: Full-time, Mon-Fri, permanent position

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience) plus company bonus scheme of up to £4,000.

Founded in 1999, Dental Sky has rapidly grown and recently moved to a new building which gives the company room for further growth. We are looking to expand our team and take on an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing Manager and Design & Visual Co-Ordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Content Creation – Assist the marketing team in developing marketing materials, social posts, emails and blog posts campaigns.
• Content Writing – Craft unique and engaging content in-line with our brand tone and messaging.
• Website Product Creation – Create, upload and optimize product listings on our website.
• Product Photography – Use our professional photography suite to create high-quality images (training will be provided).
• Supplier Relations – Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Aid The Marketing Team – Provide ad-hoc assistance to the marketing team as required, contributing to various tasks to support overall team projects.

Requirements:

• Comprehensive Reading and Writing Skills - Ability to understand written content in various formats and create unique, engaging, and well-structured written content.
• Effective Communication Skills - Confidently build and maintain relationships with internal and external team members via email, telephone, and face-to-face.
• Microsoft Office Experience – Familiarity with Microsoft office applications are essential.

Preferable Skills:

• Adobe Creative Suite – Basic experience using the Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator would be preferable to aid in content creation.
• Familiar With Ecommerce – Any familiarity working with ecommerce platforms such as Magento, Word Press etc.
• Familiar With SAP – Any experience working with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Video Content Creation – Any experience in video content creation would be great.
