Fee: Fixed fee of £3,500
Hours: Part-time, 2 days per week

Govanhill Baths Community Trust is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead on the promotion of the Govanhill International Festival & Carnival (GIFC) 2025.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the public face of Scotland’s leading grassroots anti-racist festival. The role will involve developing and delivering a clear, inclusive, and creative marketing strategy that reflects the festival’s activist roots and strong community connections — particularly important in 2025 as the festival moves to a new location.
Key responsibilities include:
We are looking for a proactive communicator with proven experience in marketing and storytelling, ideally in the arts, community, or activism sectors. Experience in community-led promotion, digital content management, and inclusive outreach is essential. Knowledge of Govanhill or similar community settings is desirable.
