The role of the Marketing and Communications Executive at Reds10:

As our Marketing and Communications Executive, you will be working closely with the Marketing Lead and Communications Manager. You will be essential in supporting and coordinating the delivery of internal and external communications across a variety of channels, ensuring all communications adhere to the Reds10 tone of voice, brand values and company ethos. You will be a self-starter with good organisation skills and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines.

This position will be based in our London headquarters but will require visits to our sites, other offices, and factories for content creation purposes.

The accountabilities of our Marketing and Communications Executive:

1. Maintain organised marketing operations and procedures.
2. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
3. Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the Marketing Department.
4. Ensure efficient administrative support to the Marketing Department.

The responsibilities of the Marketing and Communications Executive at Reds10:

1. Creation of content and collateral that supports the marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns to promote our purpose, brand, products, and services.
2. Assist in executing social media strategies and creation of content ensuring brand consistency in messaging across all channels.
3. Craft high quality copy for use across all communications channels.
4. Collaborate with other teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support business development activities.
5. Support delivery of a range of high-quality marketing and communications activities, including but not limited to; Website, Exhibitions, Collateral, Social media (inc LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube), Technical manuals and guides.
6. Lead on MyReds10, our employee app for internal communications: coordinate and produce content and champion its usage through efforts coordinated across our locations.
7. Support the delivery and coordination of industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
8. Provide effective administration support to the Marketing and Communications team, where needed.

The successful candidate for the Marketing and Communications Executive will have:

1. Experience working in a similar role.
2. Excellent communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
3. Ability to work in multi-disciplinary settings, including translating materials between digital and printed media, alongside proven ability to create and adapt content for a specific target audience.
4. SEO, WordPress, and social media experience.
5. Experience of using graphic design platforms to create social media graphics, presentations, and other visual content.
6. Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and social media scheduling software.
