The role
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator position plays an essential role in supporting The Regenda Group Marketing and Communications team to deliver across 10 brands. You will work across the full marketing and communications mix generating a mix of content and managing our social media channels to ensure and support lead generation, awareness and sales campaigns. The role also involves supporting the wider team with research, performance tracking, working with suppliers and administration.
The right fit
- You love creating content, storytelling and meeting new people.
- You have experience working with a variety of communication channels including print, websites, social media, video.
- You must be able to proactively generate content across a mix of media – written, visual and digital.
- You are organised and have the ability manage your own time and work to multiple deadlines. You use your initiative to achieve results.
- You use marketing and design software for basic updates such as: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, website content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling.
- Your writing skills are strong and suitable for different audiences, and IT skills with the ability to adapt to new systems.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential as you work within our team and across The Group to take briefs and build your network.
- Experience in construction, housing or the built environment is desirable but not essential.
- You are passionate about social value, charitable causes and a commitment to learning and development.
- It’s important that you are passionate in helping us promote, protect and enhance the brands of The Regenda Group.
