A top-tier US litigation law firm, headquartered in the West Coast, is seeking a proactive Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join their vibrant London office.

  • Salary – £40,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE, plus excellent benefits inc. 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)*
  • Chancery Lane

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Marketing & Business Development Director, Marketing Manager, and global teams, supporting a wide range of marketing and business development initiatives. It would suit perfectly a current Marketing / Business Development Assistant working for a London law firm looking for a step up in responsibility whilst working in a broader role.

Marketing & Business Development Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of marketing strategies to enhance the Firm’s profile, as well as the profiles of practice areas and industry groups
  • Support the development and delivery of RFP responses, client pitches, and presentations to key clients and referral sources
  • Aid in preparing submissions for directories and rankings (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500, Law360, American Lawyer)
  • Create, edit, and update internal and external publications, as well as marketing materials

Marketing & Business Development Coordinator Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing or business development experience in a city law firm
  • Degree educated or a recognised marketing qualification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of online newswire services, media tracking tools, internet resources, and website marketing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and marketing automation systems, such as Pardot (or similar platforms)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail, and to maintain confidentiality

*The successful candidate will be expected to be in 4 days during their probationary period
