We are seeking a talented Analyst to work within our digital product and subscriptions team, supporting our digital growth by tracking performance metrics and providing actionable insights. Working alongside marketers, product managers, and developers, you will work with our data sets, utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and PowerBi to analyze the data into actionable insights to share within the department and key stakeholders. You will be highly commercial in your approach, a polished communicator, and competent in executing visualization data tasks as well as A/B testing and ad-hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Track key performance indicators and develop reports.
• Identify trends and conduct deep dives into data.
• Analyze subscriber churn to increase lifetime value.
• Assess campaign effectiveness and run A/B tests.
• Contribute to customer journey mapping and conversion strategies.
• Provide insights to support newsletter product development.
• Analyze app user data and recommend improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Handle ad-hoc data requests aligned with business priorities.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in eCommerce or subscription-based businesses, ideally in media.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong understanding of databases and data structure.
• Adobe Analytics and Python experience are desirable.
• Exposure to working with Google Analytics would be beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• A proactive and curious mindset.
