• Managing the market research function and collaborating with colleagues to discuss business goals and opportunities.
• Track all business performance, lead generation, and knowledge gaps including competitor research and insights.
• Generate ideas for research projects, plans, relationship building, market research, and competitor research.
• Present metrics and research data to colleagues for improvements and insight purposes.
• Working on multiple projects and delivering within budgets and deadlines.

To be successful, you will have…

• Previous B2B market research and data analytics experience. (Within marketing and not IT).
• The ability to tell a story through data and apply tech processes to work smarter.
• A strategic, hands-on, and innovative mindset.

Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire (Occasional office attendance). This role offers remote/hybrid working and due to the office location, this is commutable from March, Chatteris, Peterborough, Downham Market, Littleport, Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Cambridge, St Ives, and Huntingdon.
