Market Research (no sales)

Temporary 4.5 weeks (23rd April to 23rd May)

Monday - Friday (9am-4:30pm with a 2:30pm finish on a Friday)

Stretford - Fully Office based

£12.60ph

Onsite car parking available

This is a temporary position for 4 weeks and 2 days. You must be able to interview on Tuesday 22nd April and if successful start on Wednesday 23rd April until 23rd May.

You would be working for a retail promotions company with a clear vision of putting integrity back into telesales by putting the retailer first. With over 30 years experience across the key team members and telephone operators, you can be sure that any activity they run is handled with 5 star service and support.

Much of their work is focussed on the Commercial and Industrial sector and they have recently won a new short term project that requires a temporary team member to support on.

You will be confident with outbound calls and speaking to customers to conduct a feedback questionnaire. There will be no sales involved in this role.

You will have great attention to detail and data inputting skills to log the feedback accurately.

You will have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner as all the work will be on the telephone.

This role is 100% office based, no weekends.
