Are you an experienced professional in the retail environment? Are you interested in a dynamic and rewarding role as a Shopping Centre Manager, where you’ll have the chance to make a positive impact, highlight and enhance your skills, and be a central figure in the local community? We are working exclusively with Tandem Property Management looking for the next Shopping Centre Manager for Market Place, Bolton.

About the Role

  • Stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships with tenants to deliver exceptional customer service, engage with the local community to drive footfall.
  • Managing the service charge budget and driving ESG initiatives.
  • Create and oversee the delivery of the operational budget, continuously looking to improve outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Create a welcoming and engaging environment to ensure the commercial success of the centre.
