Job description

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team and drive the growth of the well-established market access offering at AMICULUM. This is a unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a dynamic capability at AMICULUM, lead impactful healthcare projects and drive innovation in a rapidly changing industry.

The role

In this role, you will be responsible for the development of market access services and opportunities, managing and mentoring a high-performing team and overseeing delivery of market access and health economics assignments. Your leadership will play a critical role in partnering with our clients, external experts and team to transform health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  1. Shape and implement the vision, mission and strategic priorities of our market access offering
  2. Lead and mentor a specialist team in delivering high-quality projects
  3. Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with market trends and client needs
  4. Publish thought leadership content and attend/present at industry conferences and events
  5. Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships

What you’ll need

  1. Advanced degree in the life sciences, health economics, epidemiology, public health or a related field
  2. Strong track record of leadership experience in market access/HEOR within the pharmaceutical or consultancy sector
  3. Proven ability to manage teams and drive business growth
  4. Strong understanding of health systems, payer landscapes and regulatory requirements
  5. Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  6. Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding how technology is shaping and transforming the market access landscape, alongside a passion for staying ahead in this competitive environment
