Marine Engineer, Engine Room ex Navy {MoD}

£47,000 to £59,500 depending on Category A or B qualification + Pension 6/8% + Holidays + Early Finish Friday + More

Are you a Marine Engineer/Reactor Panel Operator/Officer of the Watch or similar looking for an exciting role where you will come off the tools and train the next generation of new recruits how to do what you've done.

Do you want to share your expertise and guide aspiring engineers in a supportive environment? This role will allow you to leverage your skills while fostering the development of others.

Responsibilities:
  1. Train and mentor new recruits in engineering principles and practices.
  2. Provide hands-on training and guidance in the engine room.
  3. Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.
  4. Assist in the development of training materials and programs.
Qualifications:
  1. Must have a Marine Engineering qualification.
  2. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  3. Strong communication and teaching skills.
