Marine / Aviation Insurance Technician

An opportunity for a Lloyds Market Technician to join a leading, international Lloyds Broker.

In this role, the Broker Support Technician will provide a variety of technical support functions to enable the effective placement and servicing of global marine & aviation lines.

Overview

1. Work closely with brokers and account executives in the London HQ as well as colleagues in overseas branch offices.
2. Process MRC slips and endorsements.
3. Produce evidence of cover and invoices.
4. Processing premium, bureaux submissions, credit control, file and record management.
5. Provide a proactive technical support service to ensure workflow progresses and documentation conforms to service standard levels and regulatory requirements.
6. Resolve bureau queries.

What you need to show

1. Previous experience as an Insurance Technician with London Market expertise.
2. Understanding of marine and/or aviation lines, preferred but not essential.
3. Understanding of the London insurance market.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Work accurately and achieve critical deadlines.
