Summary

A Marijuana Infused Product (MIP) Production Associate will be responsible for working with a team each day to achieve department goals, ensuring compliance with all operational procedures and company standards. The associate will report to their corresponding Shift Supervisors, Shift Leads, and Team Leads at the beginning, end, and throughout the shift.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Working with a team each day to achieve department goals.
2. Ensuring compliance with all operational procedures and company standards.
3. Reporting to corresponding Shift Supervisors, Shift Leads, and Team Leads at the beginning, end, and throughout the shift.
4. Inspecting all products for quality assurance during each stage of the packaging procedure.
5. Ensuring proper placement of all product informational/compliance stickers.
6. Filling and assembling various products to predetermined weight.
7. Ensuring product is handled and cased properly during each step of the packaging process.
8. Identifying and notifying leadership of quality and compliance issues/concerns.
9. Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
10. Maintaining a positive and constructive attitude when interacting with others.

Required Skills and Abilities:

1. Must be 21 or over (required by law).
2. Must have a year of production or manufacturing experience.
3. Must be observant and detail-oriented.
4. Must have strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills.
5. Must have reliable transportation, good attendance, and be punctual.
6. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team members and leadership.
7. Ability to work independently or with a team with guidance and supervision.
8. Ability to maintain a steady pace in a manufacturing environment, involving bending, kneeling, lifting, and repetitive use of hands and fingers.

Education and Experience:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
