CNC Manufacturing Technician - 3rd shift

Shifts: Sun-Thurs 10pm-6:30am

Notes:

• Need additional resources as the demand for their aluminum frames has picked up. Looking for help with production and assembly.
• Open to any candidates with manufacturing experience. CNC not required. Everything is automated so willing to train.
• This Technician works in the CNC area of the facility, operating the Haas, EC 400. This machine is pre-programmed and run by software to finish pieces of aluminum for our frame production.
• Loading/unloading pieces of aluminum frame in machine. Light assembly using screwdriver.

Job Duties:

1. Properly startup and shutdown CNC equipment
2. Efficiently load and unload CNC equipment with unprocessed and processed parts
3. Diligently monitor machine performance, perform basic troubleshooting activities and escalate issues through chain of command
4. Manually deburr parts and manually assemble aluminum frames with fixtures and screw guns
5. Perform timely basic daily and weekly preventive maintenance on the machines
6. Maintain a clean and organized workcell
7. Follow all safety requirements and raise safety concerns to the Safety Committee when observed
8. Follow written and oral instructions and provide process feedback for continuous improvement
9. Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of manufacturing experience
• CNC experience
• Flexibility to work in different manufacturing work cells as needed
• Self-motivated
