Job description

At STEM Recruitment Solutions, we are working with our client who is looking to recruit a Manufacturing Technician based in their Glasgow site.

Responsibilities:

1. To manufacture medical device products following established protocols and instructions independently.
2. To support the Environmental control procedures required to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
3. Maintain a clean and safe cleanroom work environment in accordance with GMP and Health & Safety guidance.
4. To manufacture, as instructed, the relevant products within the QMS to cGMP and in accordance with ISO13485 guidelines.
5. Assist in maintaining a Quality Culture within the manufacturing areas, this is inclusive but not limited to GDP and 5S, ensuring compliance with all documented processes & procedures.
6. Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental controls are always adhered to.
7. Ensure waste of manufacturing materials, Raw, in process or finished goods are minimized. Update Manufacturing Supervisor of excessive waste.
