Manufacturing Team Manager - Salisbury - £45k
My key client located in Salisbury is currently hiring a Manufacturing Team Manager to join them as soon as possible. This position will be within the manufacturing department, rather than assembly and will require the following:
- Lead a team of 6-12 people
- Hands-on experience in CNC tube bending (preferred)
- Knowledge of the following activities which you will lead:
- Tube cutting
- Deburring
- Degreasing
- Forming
- Bending
- Braze assembly
Working towards production targets
Generate & maintain manufacturing KPIs
Mentor team, annual appraisals, etc.
