Job description
At STEM Recruitment, we are working with a client who is looking for a Manufacturing Team Leader in West Lothian.
Daily duties:
- To supervise the day-to-day operations.
- Ability to meet quality requirements within the repair and manufacturing environment.
- To work effectively to meet company delivery targets whilst ensuring safety, cost, and quality goals are met.
- Review and verify inspection reports when necessary.
- Create, review, test, and verify new manufacturing programmes prior to release for inspection or production items.
- Monitor machine shop activities and ensure departmental documentation is complete, accurate, and available to the QA department on completion.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment required.
- Previous experience in Programming and Inspection using software systems is essential.
