Manufacturing Systems Engineer | Witney | £45,000pa - £55,000pa plus c£4k bonus & bens: An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join a well-established specialist manufacturer in the Witney area. With growth plans to scale their £100m turnover business to over £200m over the next 5 years, this role is a key component to ensure that their targets are met by driving continuous improvement into production and to help design and implement new factory machinery and processes. The Manufacturing Systems Engineer will form part of a small team whose remit is to deliver continuous improvement and machinery projects into production. The projects you will manage could cost anywhere from £100k - £1m in value and you will be managing multiple continuous improvement and machinery projects at any given time.
