Are you a Process Engineer or similar with a background in Manufacturing, looking for your next technical challenge where you will become an integral member of a bespoke automotive manufacturer, who are improving the lives of thousands across the country through technical innovation?

You will be responsible for evaluating current production and implementing improvements, including creating and updating process instruction documents including BOMs. You will use your understanding of lean manufacturing to establish manufacturing methods for new vehicles, working closely with a close-knit engineering team.

This role is suited to a Process Engineer or similar with a background in Manufacturing who is looking for a growing organization that offers opportunities for professional development into other areas of the business.

The Role:

• Supporting production and maintenance activities, making recommendations for improvement and implementing these changes
• Prepare and update all work instructions and BOMs
• Conduct and maintain all manufacturing process risk assessments and ensure compliance with H&S requirements
• Monday to Friday Flexible hours (37.5 hours PW)

The Person:

• Process Engineer or similar
• Lean manufacturing methodology
• SolidWorks (CAD)
